I really wanted a poster to promote GFC events. So I reached out to a professional illustrator that I had gone to college with, Mike Laughead. He graciously donated his time and expertise, and created an amazing illustration.
The robot represents the cause for change, and the kids are on-board doing what they love and making the world a better place! We’ll be using this illustration to promote all of our future events.

A Successful Role Playing Day at Total Escape Games
I’d like to give special thanks to Steven and Sheila Higgins of Total Escape Games in Broomfield for putting on such a great event. They went above and beyond by keeping their store open for more than 14 hours, and providing snacks and drinks throughout the day. Each participant was also given two d6 logo dice.
The event was a complete success. We had over 50 participants and raised $220. That’s enough for 30 activity books!
Participants played a variety of games including Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Mutants & Masterminds, Stargate SG-1, Scion and Serenity. It was a day of pure adventure and boisterous laughter!
We’re hoping to make this an annual event, so keep an eye out.
